In our dyeing process we use a specialized spray painting boothto ensure even and high-quality coating of wood, MDF and other materials. Priming is an integral part of the work stage that guarantees color stability and a smooth result.

How does this happen?

1. Surface preparation
   Before priming, we carefully sand the edges and surfaces so that they are clean and even.

2. Priming
   We always apply a primer, which helps the paint adhere perfectly and extends the life of the coating.

3. Applying paint and varnish
   We mostly use water-based paints, because they are safer, dry faster and do not create a strong aroma. If necessary, we can also use varnishes, which gives the surface additional protection and shine.

4. Oiling or waxing (optional)
   If you want to accentuate the natural texture of the wood and provide a warm, matte tone, we offer a finish with oils or waxes.

5. Final finishing and packaging
   After all layers have dried, we check the paint coverage and the quality of the processing. If necessary, we perform additional intermediate sanding or a finishing coat. When the work is completed, we we pack parts for safe transportation.
