LASER CUTTING

Laser cutting is a precise and versatile technology that allows you to process a wide variety of materials—from wood and plastic to textiles and paper. Our CO₂ laser machine (120W) with a working area of 1600 × 900 mm ensures a high level of detail, minimal waste and fast production. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to both cut and engrave, thus expanding the range of creative possibilities.

REASONS TO CHOOSE LASER CUTTING

Accurate
The laser is able to cut even the smallest details, ensuring sharp angles and clean edges. This is especially important if you want to create complex or delicate designs.

Universal
A wide range of materials can be processed with a CO₂ laser—wood, MDF, veneer, acrylic glass, textiles, paper, cardboard, and others. This opens up wide possibilities in both the creation of advertising materials and industrial production.

Minimal material waste
Laser cutting is a highly precise process that helps reduce unnecessary scrap, allowing for more efficient use of raw materials and reducing overall costs.

High production speed
The automatic laser mechanism allows you to quickly process both larger volumes of parts and individual orders without losing quality or accuracy.

Technical description and work process

  • Work field: 1600 × 900 mm – suitable for manufacturing both large and small parts.

  • Power: 120W CO₂ laser – sufficient to effectively cut and engrave a variety of materials, including thicker plywood or acrylic glass.

  • Engraving options: In addition to cutting, it is possible to personalize products by engraving inscriptions, drawings or other designs.

Work progress

  1. Design preparation
We can assist with file preparation (in CAD or vector format) to ensure a successful and accurate result.

  2. Material selection and preparation
Together with the customer, we determine the most suitable material (wood, MDF, acrylic, paper, etc.) and, if necessary, conduct tests to ensure optimal cut quality.

  3. Laser cutting / engraving
With computer control, the laser precisely performs the planned task—cutting out shapes, performing decorative engraving, or a combination of both.

  4. Post-processing and packaging
We offer edge processing, sanding (if necessary), and product assembly. We then ensure safe packaging and delivery by FedEx or DHL courier.
